The purpose of this Association is to promote Christian fellowship and cooperation among the churches affiliated with this Association, to encourage mutual cooperation with the Tennessee Baptist Convention and Southern Baptist Convention in carrying out the Great Commission, and to uphold the doctrines of our Baptist faith.
It is exciting to see what God is doing in Sevier County as our churches work together to witness, and win people to the Lord. God can accomplish much through us if we are willing to be used of Him. Let us be found faithful as we "press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus."
"The above picture 'Application' Link will take you to the document regarding the open ministry position of Administrative Assistant. If you are prayerfully interested in pursuing this position, please submit a resume to our office before March 31st. Please also include in your resume your church membership history as well as all history relating to experience, knowledge and training for the multi faceted responsibilities of this job."
These are construction / maintenance projects that volunteer teams within and outside our association can help us with in order to prepare the camp to receive groups in the future. Please note: a) The volunteer team needs to send someone, if possible, a few days earlier than the date of the work day to see the campus and to look at what needs to be done in order to do a better job; b) If you are able to determine what you are going to do, then you are better able to bring the right tools and cleaning supplies; c) If you are able to donate 100% of everything you need and are doing; that will be a great blessing.
